Join Emily for a 4-Week Yobility Program. Each week we’ll explore how to seamlessly combine BDK Yoga & Mobility transitions. Through repetition & intention, we’ll build strength, mobilize our joints & experience our bodies in a unique way.
From a fundamentals level, we will slowly introduce Budokon Mobility patterns that connect to our Budokon Yoga transitions to create interesting flows for you to practice on your mats or in a confined space. In addition, we will: 1. Provide an easy-to-follow framework for you to practice & progress on your Budokon Yobility journey. 2. Engage in strength conditioning exercises specifically designed to increase the strength required to flow with grace. 3. Understand the power of repetition & consistency when learning a new skill. 4. Explore what this holistic movement language can do for your body, in regards to strength, mobility, flexibility, stability, & balance.
This course is tailored for individuals seeking to reimagine movement possibilities within the confines of their yoga mat or limited space. Whether you're a newcomer to this work, an experienced yoga teacher, or a seasoned martial artist, there's a rich exploration awaiting you through this dynamic fusion of movement styles.
