This is a 4 class series design by Kemba Quinn aimed to level up your floating and flying transitions within the Budokon Primary Series. Kemba has reverse-engineered the most challenging transitions, enabling practitioners of all levels to practice accessible regressions and progressions on the journey of defying gravity. The focus of these classes is anatomical understanding, strength and inversion principles, conditioning drills, and integration practices. Expect to be challenged, develop upper body strength, and get comfortable with life upside down!
